Effective January 2, 2024, the District Courts of Allegany, Annapolis, Glen Burnie, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Rockville, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, St. Mary’s, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, Snow Hill, and Ocean City will accept failure to pay rent filings electronically into Maryland Electronic Courts (MDEC).

Effective November 1, 2023, the District Court of Prince George’s County will accept failure to pay rent filings electronically into Maryland Electronic Courts (MDEC).
