Starting on Monday, September 20, 2021, e-filing is mandatory for all attorneys in the Los Angeles Superior Court for Complex Civil Cases (CRC 2.253(b)). It is OPTIONAL for self-represented litigants (CRC 2.253(b)(2)-(3)).
