Fax Filing and eDelivery in Los Angeles Civil Courts
E-filing is not the same as fax filing or eDelivery. For e-filing, you must use an electronic filing service provider (EFSP), and submit your documents over the internet. The Court will retire fax filing eDelivery for civil documents upon the implementation of efiling.
