Pursuant to Supreme Court Order M.R. 18368, Mandatory E-Filing in Civil Cases, filed January 22, 2016 and M.R. 18368, In re: Electronic Filing in Civil and Criminal Cases and Remote Access Systems, filed May 30, 2017, the following e-filing standards apply to eFileIL.

On May 30th, 2017 the Illinois Supreme Court entered Order M.R. 18368, which amends a previous order entered on January 2, 2016, and puts into place a specific mandate related to the court, e-filing vendors, and filer transaction fees.

By far the most common support question we receive is related to the fees associated with electronic filing in the Odyssey eFile program.
